Digital Media Manager

As the Digital Media Manager for FIT by Katy and Onyx + Rose you will be responsible for driving growth + profitability for the brands through digital mediums. You should be able to manage social media marketing, direct and implement paid search and any digital or display campaigns, as well as, analyze the performance of those campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across varied platforms, monitoring digital data and analytics and managing the digital budget.

This position will also refine and optimize customer touch points throughout every stage of the customer’s path to purchase and retention. You will create and execute communications strategies in order to develop an optimal and efficient mix of revenue-driving investments. This could be inclusive of, but not limited to: social advertising, PPC, display, shopping, etc. digital campaigns, website optimizations, app optimizations and more. This position is responsible for demand generation across different segments and its orchestration across appropriate channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of FIT by Katy and Onyx + Rose customers, products, and buyer's journey

  • Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales/marketing funnel at the right time

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Manages customer segment specific communication strategies to meet objectives and KPIs in order to maximize profitability 

  • Should leverage knowledge of the effectiveness of past communications and offers to drive MOM and YOY revenue growth through every channel in purview

  • Maintain an active understanding of emerging technology and trends and offer a perspective on how to put them to use

  • Should have a defined testing agenda with constant analysis, reviewed monthly with leadership

  • Utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Iterable, HubSpot, and App to develop insights and action items intended to increase ROI

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a digital marketing role 

  • Ability to multitask and manage projects

  • Data driven with the ability to utilize metrics to help drive successful campaigns and marketing strategies

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
