When Will My Order Ship?
Here at Onyx + Rose we are committed to getting your favorites to you quickly. Most orders are processed within one business day, Monday–Friday.Orders placed over the weekend will typically ship on Monday.
During holidays or big promotional events, processing may take up to two business days. If your order ever takes longer than expected, just reach out—we’re always happy to help make sure it’s on its way.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?
Your order ships fast and securely via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS 2nd Day Air, depending on what best fits your delivery address.
At Onyx + Rose, we take pride in providing a smooth shopping experience from start to finish—including accurate, reliable shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process all orders within one business day, Monday through Friday. Weekend orders ship Monday and typically arrive within 3–5 business days* after leaving our facility.
During peak seasons, an occasional order may require two business days to process.
Orders under $50 ship via USPS for a flat $5 rate.
Orders $50+ ship free.

PO Box deliveries are available through USPS only.
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Our Return Policy
Each customer is eligible for one refund.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on any items sent back to us.
Once we receive your return, please allow 48–72 hours for us to process your refund.
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
