The mushrooms found in All Access are Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, Turkey Tail, Lion’s Mane, Maitake, Shiitake, and King Trumpet. Reishi

Reishi is a mushroom that is also found in our Goal Getter blend. Reishi may provide stress relief + general wellness benefits. There’s also research that links reishi to improved sleep quality. (Source: National Library of Medicine)

Cordyceps

This mushroom supports gut health and your digestive system by promoting healthy gut flora, which are bacteria and organisms that live inside your intestines and help you digest food. Cordyceps may also improve oxygen consumption in your bloodstream which promotes workout endurance and post-workout recovery. Turkey Tail

Lion's Mane

The demand and hype surrounding this medicinal mushroom has been on an upward trend recently due to its potential neurological benefits. Cognitive health is just one of the many benefits that Lion's Mane may offer. There’s also potential that Lion's Mane can support memory, focus, mental clarity, and nerve health. (Source: Healthline) There’s further research that shows that lion’s mane may improve the function of the hippocampus, which may be linked to reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Maitake

Maitake is a mushroom that does the most, for real. This mushroom contains amino acids, B vitamins, and minerals including copper, zinc, and phosphorus. They also contain alpha and beta-glucans, polysaccharides, and triterpenes. Phew. We call it the multitasking mushroom because it supports gut health, healthy blood sugar levels, and immune health. Shiitake

You probably are the most familiar with this mushroom. Shiitake is a natural detoxifier that supports cardiovascular health and the immune system. King Trumpet

King Trumpet mushrooms contain a master antioxidant called L-Ergothioneine, which is a naturally occurring amino acid. Due to its supply of L-Ergothioneine, king trumpet mushrooms can lower cholesterol, and promote bone health. (Source: Healthline)
