Ingredient Spotlight: Goal Getter Lion’s Mane Mushroom Capsules

We’ve come out with a new line of functional mushrooms, and we’re super excited to introduce you to this addition to our wellness collection! Functional mushrooms are a big deal in the wellness world. They’re the multitasker that your body needs to target its wellness needs, and we think that you’ll love the benefits that mushrooms can bring into your ritual.

Goal Getter is one of the two varieties of functional mushrooms that we offer, the other is All Access, and you can learn more about All Access here. But, in the meantime, let’s focus on…focus.

Goal Getter may offer you the spark of focus that you need to finish a big project, push through a workout, or just boost your overall mood. Goal Getter is:

  • Organically Grown

  • Non-GMO

  • Vegan

  • Third-Party Lab Tested

  • Manufactured in the USA

Goal Getter is a capsulated blend of powdered mushrooms. The mushrooms that you can find in Goal Getter are Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi. You might not know what those ingredients mean, or what they even do. But that’s okay because that’s what we’re here for.

Let’s deep dive into what you can find inside your bottle of Goal Getter.

Lion's Mane

Goal Getter capsules are 50% Lion’s Mane. The demand and hype surrounding this medicinal mushroom has been on an upward trend recently due to its potential neurological benefits. Cognitive health is just one of the many benefits that Lion's Mae may offer. There’s also potential that Lion's Mane can support memory, focus, mental clarity, and nerve health. (Source: Healthline) There’s further research that shows that Lion's Mane may improve the function of the hippocampus, which may be linked to reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Cordyceps is 25% of the makeup of Goal Getter. This is a mushroom that supports gut health and your digestive system by promoting healthy gut flora, which are bacteria and organisms that live inside your intestines and help you digest food. Cordyceps may also improve oxygen consumption in your bloodstream which promotes workout endurance and post-workout recovery. Additionally, through the polysaccharides found in the fruit body of cordyceps, there may be immune system benefits linked back to the mushroom. (Source: Healthline)

Reishi is the other 25% of the makeup of Goal Getter, and is not to be confused with the energy healing service, Reiki. Reishi is an adaptogenic mushroom that may help to reduce feelings of stress and promote overall wellness benefits. (Source: National Library of Medicine) So, think of it as Reiki, but in mushroom form.
